I'm prompted to write a review only because of what someone wrote here (and it sure sounds like one person rather than two...). I have been in this store probably 100 times in the past 20 years and never once have I witnessed anything but respectful, friendly and helpful service. This business does things that I can't find done anywhere else within the tri-state area, and they do it excellently every time. It's very disappointing to see a good business get trashed by an anonymous person with whatever agenda going on, a big problem with the internet...
