Last fall Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, Inc. came in and did some extensive work on my AC/HVAC unit to the tune of $1,500. I am not at this residence until May of every year and this work was done in the fall. When I get here in May the AC is not working so I call them out again, they arrive promptly and find that there is a leak of the coolant. They fixed the leak, refilled the coolant and that cost me $600. I would like to say that their response time is great, and if you live in new Mexico you know what I mean. I had already spent a great deal of money in the fall and again had to spend more money for a leak. All in all I did give them a four-star rating for service because they are quick to respond, my only issue is that of the varied expertise of the different technicians. For quality I gave them a three-star rating because I feel the issue should have been resolved the first time they came out. Response is their best quality!
