My air conditioning unit died on me, so I called Reliable Comfort Inc., and they were able to come out on the same day. Unfortunately they couldn't repair it then, as they did not have the spare parts. They are currently getting ready to come back and repair it. They were the ones who installed the air conditioner unit 4 years ago, and have been doing maintenance work on it ever since, via a service contract. They contact me when it's time to service the unit, and they are extremely courteous with me. Their techs are also friendly, and knowledgeable, and they show up on time. I will most definitely continue to use their service.
