I was very pleased with how clean they were able to get my cream colored microfiber recliner. Chris, the technician, was very friendly and put a lot of care and attention to detail in his work. They were very reasonable in what they charged. I had this chair “cleaned” once before by a long time Quad City Co. They must be living on their name as they charged me 4X what Simply Clean charged , had to take it to their shop for cleaning and then it came bacck not much cleaner then when it left. I will definetly have Simply Clean quote for carpet cleaning the next time I need it done!
