I got in on President’s Day with Chris since I had made an appointment online Sunday. After checking out my vehicle he told me that the shocks were fine and explained to me that there isn’t a trunk with a station wagon so the rear tires going over a bump would sound loud. After spending 20 minutes inspecting the shocks I was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge. This is a great way to gain a customer.
