Was originally scheduled 10-12. Called by your office telling me the technician assigned the job did not do pipe work and the technician who would handle the job
would arrive closer to 1PM. At 2:30PM, I called the office
and was told he would arrive in about 20 minutes.
Finally arrived about 4PM.
