The plumber who visited my home was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. However, I was very disappointed with the cost to repair a single valve for an irrigation system. I have had other competent plumbers repair problems in my home successfully and at a lower cost. I appreciated the inspection of the natural gas boiler system, but again was uncomfortable with the charges. The repair was completed successfully, but I'm not sure that the service contract offered will be helpful.
