Repairs on appliances can be expensive these days but at least Nebraska Home Appliance is responsive when I have a problem. They've been out twice to repair my dual oven. The replacement components weren't cheap to begin with and then they marked them up even more for my repair. But, if I need something done, they're always the ones to show up. Most times, they bring along a trainee also, so I end up with two service people in my house. In the end, Nebraska Home Appliance gets the job done.
