While the communications and response are great, the ability to get the job done properly leaves a lot to be desired. We have had to call way too many times for service in the past few months. Twice in January 2018 already, and it's only Jan 14. We just want our unit fixed properly. Each time a technician comes out, we get comments that the previous tech probably caused the issue. I can only believe that is a result of sloppy work, and lack of concentratioon. I have no confidence that our units are now going to continue running properly.
