I have been using Reliable Comfort Inc. for two or three years. The most recent visit was for the furnace noise and drainage. The furnace is equipped with a humidifier which has some drainage occurring and a slight noise coming from somewhere, yet to be found. They have been very helpful and accommodating in trying to resolve these issues. The service technicians are very prompt, well educated in their work and really very pleasant. I believe they have been working diligently toward getting the noise and drainage issue resolved!
