Tech came in and checked system. He went into the attic and checked blower and he said the motor was bad. Good thing I had PMA contract otherwise he said it would cost 1500 dollars. He showed me pictures of the vanes of the blower unit and all the dust on them. He said he could clean them for additional fee when he comes back to replace the motor. I asked him if they are supposed to be checked during the 6 month checks and he said yes. I then told him none of the techs go into the attic to check the blowers. He told me to contact the company and report this issue.
