In general, Alaskan Home Services has done some good work for me but I have had some issues in the past with them, including some un-kept promises. In terms of standard maintenance, they do a good job and the pricing is very reasonable. The do keep sending a different guy out to my home to do the services and each guy keeps trying to upsell me on products, which is guess is part of their job but it irks me a little. Overall they do a good job but there are just some small things that keep me from giving them 5 stars. I will continue to call them up for service though.
