We had our fall service for regular cleaning and maintenance today (7/10/17) and it was performed by Mauricio. He was the most professional and totally competent tech that we have ever had do this work. It was done properly. It was done completely. It was done with a smile. It was done on time. I will always ask for him to return to service our unit.
