Britney Watson was new to my account. My furnace is located in a sub-basement, not really a basement, just underneath the house. It has electrostatic filters which need to be washed outside. She performed all of this, explaining to me everything as she was doing it. She then changed the batteries in my digital thermostats as it is difficult for me to get all the prongs lined up. She offered me the various programs that Pacific Heating has and I signed a 3 yr contract. I would like Britney Watson to be my regular technician.
