Let's see if I can get through this without crying. On Thursday April 20th our dog was horrifically ill and dying and this beautiful team of nurturing, compassionate, gentle and wonderful people took such good care of her that I swear today she was sad to leave them. She was at Emerald City for 3 nights and we received clear communication from beginning to end. We asked millions of questions and all of them were answered patiently and with articulate explanation at any and all hours of the day or night. We were able to visit every day, twice a day, and every time we stepped in the door we were greeted with transparency, kindness and positive attitudes. They saved my dogs life and we love them for that. Especially our dog - she was givin' out kisses to anyone in a pair of scrubs! Thank you forever and ever and ever and ever. I hope we never see you again.
