the employee arrived on time and serviced the furnace. he did advise me that an additional unit would help to clean the air and he was able to add that unit during the service call. he also advised that a surge protector would be a very good idea. i'm surprised that no one else had ever thought of the surge protector would be a GREAT idea on the expensive furnace !!!! at any rate i did accept his offer of putting both units on the furnace. thank you !!!
