I was having the door latches recall replacements installed. I had an appointment at 8. I was promptly met. I told them that I needed my car by 4 so I could take my kids to and from their tennis practices at school. I waited for about a half hour for the shuttle home. I was called around 2, earlier than I expected, and the shuttle came for me about 15 minutes later (I live close by). It was easy.
