Sam the owner is dishonest,and stole $162.98 check I sent and he NEVER rendered any services. He said he would send the ck. back when I realized he was charging me for warranty price instead of termite inspection price. Instead he CASHED the ck! He lied AND stole my money. He was called to return the ck. and he said its just $162. do not have a heart attack. Do not use him.
