I had another company tell me that there was a whole in the plywood that need to replace the roof. Home tech took the shingles off the roof there was no whole so they is not charge me for the replacement of plywood. I did go up in my attic to check who was correct. Home tech gave me a great price and they we're able to do the job that week.
