We have been very pleased with the Sobieski technicians. Great, friendly, knowledgeable! But the people who answer the phone are not! On three separate occasions, they have scheduled us at a certain time. Then they have called and confirmed a different time and date! And argued with us on top of it! Twice no one showed when we were told they would. When we called, they argued with us again. As much as we like their technicians, when our service contract is up, we will not renew. They need better customer service reps who understand service!
