I would almost suspect rival companies of hiring people to post negative reviews. Reviews I am reading are totally incorrect regarding this service. I have lived in Independence since 1964 and this is by far the best service I have experienced. Reliably on time, friendly, and never a problem. I have also noticed that rival companies' trash cans are rapidly being replaced by AAA containers. From my experience I would say you cannot get a better trash service.
