I was able to have my F-150 detailed with a coupon for attending a new vehicle class. I had the oil changed and tires rotated as per my maintenance contract I purchased with my vehicle. The detail department drove my truck to the service department after they were done with the detailing. The people in the service department waiting room were very friendly and helpful. The whole servicing program were done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything looked and worked great when I picked up the truck. Best of all, everything was free.
