We recently purchased our home and were fortunate enough to see it had a water softener and filtration system to the water in the fridge. We hadn't touched the system as we knew nothing about them and finally got around to calling Martin's for service. Dave showed up and was so friendly and didn't mind taking the time to answer all my questions regarding the system that I have had for months. He was patient and walked me through the whole unit, what it did and how to care for it. I would definitely recommend Martin's in the future!
