Recently had travel issues based on weather. Was desperate to get a tech out to perform service on unit. The office was fantastic in helping out. Arnie told me they were booked through January and when I explained to her my situation she said she would call me back in an hour. True to her word she didi and had a tech stop that afternoon. She was very helpful as is all the office staff. Paul arrived within the time frame is was given and was great. Explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the service this company provides, I have been with them since 2010 when i bought my home and signed up with them for another year. Excellent customer service.
