My bedroom faucet was broken, I made an appointment and request to check and fix. The guy came, did not even look what is wrong, then said, it needs to be replaced and cost 500$. I said, can you check it first to see what is wrong, then try to repair it? The guy said, "No, we know what is wrong, it needs to be replaced". Then I said, if we do not want to pay 500$ to replace? The guy said, "then we walk away, but you need to pay 89.99$ for onsite inspection" Great Service!!!
