My appointment was scheduled for November 21, 2017 between 1:00 pm and 3:00pm. Nobody called or came to our home. I called the office at about 4:00pm to find out why or when someone would be here. I was told our appointment was November 28, 2017, as you know is this is not correct. I wasted the afternoon waiting for Curtis Total Service, hopefully, the 28th appointment will happen.
