Tom Oh was great! He helped re-new my lease of my Mazda-3 and transition to a Mazda Cx5 and was straight forward, kind and helpful. Once of the best we've worked with at a dealership. However, 4 out of 5 because we were there from 3:30 to 8:30! Which seemed like an insanely long time, but that was the back log on the finance department, not Tom.
