Both Devon and Brad seemed to be very thorough and knew their job very well. However, during the installation of the new unit 2 years ago, there was a slight leak that was not evident until we lost cooling recently. The leaking valve was covered under the Lenox warrantee and Swift did not charge for the valve replacement labor. The cooling problem was corrected. I did pay for the refrigerant that was lost. more
