My salesperson was Shawn Dye. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make our project a success. Not only did he provide guidance on the fireplace insert he was selling me but also helped me navigate our whole project including the removal of masonry firebrick and the installation of new tile surround and fireplace mantel. He also made sure the installation was of highest quality. The scheduling and installation process was simple.
