Abbey Capitol installed a large amount of carpet and tiles in our home. The carpet was put in over 2 phases for a total of about 2800 sq ft over 2 stories with stairs. They also installed tile around 2 of our fire places.
We chose Abbey Capitol because of Dave, our sales person. He's was knowledgeable and very patient with our questions, we had a million of them! We really wanted to make sure we were getting good carpet we'd be interested in and good value. We also have dogs, so he was very considerate in finding us options that met our specific criteria.
The reason why I rated the service as a 4 is due to some small issues we had. On the first phase of the installation, there were supposed to be 2 workers, however only 1 showed up and we had to help move furniture. After the 2nd carpet install, we noticed a buckle in a corner. When we called for a repair we had to wait until they could get another installer out to us. Aside from their contracted help, we had a great experience with Abbey Capitol and will call them again.
