They're managing a property for me in Los Angeles while I'm here in Minnesota, they have just been terrific. They have been perfect in terms of trying to identify issues and managing them, and are outstanding with communication and following through. The communication system that they have is much better than my previous management company, so it's been much easier to access information. They can handle everything.
