He did not try to steer me to something different that what I was looking for instead going to the extra effort to locate a vehicle fitting my parameters. He was very patient answering my questions in the terms to my understanding. He seemed to sense that I am the type person that is totally turned off with pressure sales. After checking out several options he was able to locate a vehicle that, while marginally outside my parameters, was doable and acceptable to me.\r
