We have a yearly service plan with Riley Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. The plan gives us sort of a priority if something should happen where we need their services, they will send someone right away. We have used them to replace our kitchen faucet and repair a leaking pipe. They did an excellent job. Their people are always polite, respectful, and they show up when they say they will. We aren't sitting around waiting for them. The customer service people are terrific. Good with the scheduling, following up by phone to confirm. We also had them install new handles on the faucet in the basement. Looks great. I have recommended them to many people and we will keep using them, they provide a very good service.
