I brought my car to Franks for them to change the alternator. They were quick and professional, and while checking my alternator they found another issue and they brought it to my attention. I told them I did not have the money for the extra repair and they simply said that I should get it done sooner than later. They did not try to push me into more services like other shops and treated me like a customer and not a never ending bank account. The service was done in two hours and I was on my way. Franks will be getting my business in the future because of their customer service, other shops could learn from Franks about how to treat people right.
