The man I worked with was not informative, and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money based on the work being performed. I was charged over $125 just to verify what I had already told the technician over the phone. I was not impressed with his responses when asked why this was, nor his unwillingness to make any changes to that number. I understand technicians need to be paid for their work, but 10 minutes of looking and testing does not qualify as over $100 in any trade I've ever found. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning, ever.
