This has a Happy Ending: We were gone when the 1st team came and cleaned our nasty, carpet & tile for our New Home. The Carpet should have been replaced but we and others were disappointed at the Carpet & Tile Cleaning but what showed me the integrity of this company is Brandon sent a 2nd Team out and they did an amazing job on the Carpet & Tile!!! And saved our carpet so we wouldn't have to replace it!!! So yes I would recommend them. None of us are perfect.
