They were on time and fast. It took two days to get the work done but they brought in five guys to make sure it was done. They noticed flaws in the old system and with the new recommendations the house has been warmer then the last several years that we have owned it. The other heater worked fine but the duct system was all messed up. Proper ducting is very important. Planning on my heating bill to drop way down.
