My last call was for failure to heat . The problem was a low capacitor and refrigerant 1/3 low. Should have been told to replace capacitor and the refrigerant should have been topped. The fan may have been hung up due to above and now the possibility of a burn spot on the motor, creating apprehension. Adam Smith was the on-call service man. he is a good craftsman and I never want anyone else. This all could have been prevented if the Service Contract DID keep me at PEAK performance.
