I was glad to talk with a dispatcher who could set an appointment on the spot. The serviceman and his helper came within the stated time. He was helpful, friendly, and thorough. I felt the prices were on the high side, but overall the experience was excellent because when he left my electrical issues were all resolved, and I felt my house was safe from electrical problems. I would call again if I have future needs.
