On 8/9/2016, we had Quentin, the technician, service our 2003 14 seer American Standard heat pump. A new power head was installed along with a tune up. Quentin was very knowledgeable about heat pumps and put back our metal filters into service, which was great.
He was courteous and did a very competent job.
