I received outstanding service by Pacific Air System. I requested maintenance service and the technician diagnosed a problem. The technician made a timely follow up appt with a service technician. I immediately received outstanding service. The problem was corrected with diligent, professional and caring matter. The team explained their recommendations in details, respected my home entering and exiting and cleaning up after servicing. The technicians exhibited pride in their work and the company (Pacific Air System). I give a five star rating and would definitely make referrals without hesitation. The technicians that service my residence were: Theodore, Britney and Jess. All were awesome.
