Salesman was very courteous and patient, never put any pressure on us, and answered all of our questions.
Installers were excellent as well. Courteous, kept the house clean with drop clothes. Made sure everything worked and all our questions were answered. They even patched an oversized hole for the refrigerant line with cement. Spent a lot of time showing me the new thermostat features. Everything done in one day. We couldn't have been happier with the results.
