The Installation took 10 hours. Dinged up my new Classy Closet, and my hallway wall, which they didn't even mention. The topper is it was installed leaking Gas throughout my home for 10 days, until it was discovered by my cleaning ladies. If I had lit a match, my home would have probably exploded. Owner offered me a lousy $500.00 Gift Certificate to Home Depot. Some extended service. I felt I should have been reimbursed for the nightmare I went thru with this horrible company. I will tell everyone I meet, what they did to me. It is supposed to be really quiet, as it's outside my Bedroom, and its louder than the 18 year old one I replaced. Totally unsatisfied with this company.
