renovation needs are not an excuse to not clean. completely gross and not worth the money. the shower was full of mold and hair, hair/dust build up on the vanity, the fridge was sticky and dirty, the furniture was so worn that there were holes in it. glad i brought lysol wipes. the location was the only good thing.
