We had living room and bedroom cleaned. technician was knowledgeable and personable. We pointed out one area of concern in front of a recliner. He said he would try and could not promise excellent but some improvement. The rest of the carpets turned out very well, as clean as we expected. But the area in front of the recliner was a big disappointment. It looks just as dirty, if not worse, then before.
