We went to another tire place that I won't name... but a hint is "Ring my_____". We were so upset with them.....it felt like they just wanted to sell, sell, sell. Rochester Tire was honest and they felt genuine. We fixed what needed to be fixed. We will be buying all new tires from them in the winter!
