Technician was solid; courteous and professional. No complaints except that he didn't know ahead of time that I am on the maintenance plan. If I hadn't told him, I would have paid an extra $65 or so!
Also, I have not yet received my receipt via email. He double-checked the email address with me so I'm not sure where it went. I've checked my Spam folder and it is not there.
