Estimate only. When I have received other estimates, I will decide. Preferred's plumber seemed fully knowledgeable, and I would trust him to do a good job. Frankly, I was shocked at the price estimated, but I really had no idea of what the price should be. It was probably a fair estimate--it's just me-- I'm just not up on current plumbing charges. I found the estimator quite personable, which is always a plus for the company.
