Classic bait and switch service tactics. I requested a checkup on two rooftop heat pump units which had previously been installed by Isley's. The operator pulled up my customer information from their own data base. We agreed to inspection of two units at a promotional price of $65 each. When the technician arrived he said he did not have a tall enough ladder and would have to go get one but that it would cost me an extra $50.00 for his trip. Isley's installed the units. They knew where they were located. The operator did not request any information from regarding their location. After I told the technician that I would not pay an additional $50. for their oversight, he departed and has never been heard from again. I paid $15,000 to Isley's for this equipment but I will not spend another penny with them. I suggest you be very careful when dealing with these bait and switch experts
