The service we received from Lance was exceptional. He helped us every step of the way, & explained what was happening at each point in the process. There was a lot of paperwork to send in, but Lance made it easy for us to get him the information that he needed. Our loan closed in the time frame that was expected. We couldn't be more pleased with Lance! He was awesome!!!
